Refreshed

I got a full night of sleep last night and now I feel refreshed. Hopefully that means I’ll babble less, but that’s no guarantee.

Ellie and I spent the evening doing a whole lot of nothing, which is rather rare for us. I made hot dogs and a carrot slaw for dinner, we watched 9 episodes of The Office, and I made a carrot bread to eat for breakfast this morning. That’s doing nothing for us.

I also finished mocking up the desk I want to build once I have a space to build it and put it. If I get a chance, I’ll upload a photo of it.

I wanted to start curing my tobacco last night too, but I didn’t get to it, see doing nothing g above. According to the book Ellie got my for Christmas, all that is left to do is rehydrate the leaves, wrap them in tin foil, and then bake them in the oven for 12 hours at 175°. Oh, and I need to press them in the tobacco press I made Sunday night. Sometimes this week I’ll get to it. I’m really excited to smoke some tobacco I grew myself.

That’s all I have for now. I have at least three meetings today, so I’m sure I’ll have something to say later.
