Day one

Classes started today; I am less excited than I was yesterday. Regardless, I think I am going to have a good semester.

My English class is on novels from the best, in my opinion, time period. I walked in late to my religious studies class (it started twenty minutes before I thought it did) and everything seemed to be interesting. However, I think a few people in that class will get on my nerves be semester’s end. And my history class, while packed beyond lecture hall capacity, is interesting and amusing. We are studying the US from 1945-present.

Tomorrow I have my first meeting with my directed study advisor. I am quite excited. I have already started my research and even wrote a few lines of my story. We are supposed to bring in a story for our first meeting with our advisors. Is it wrong that I am seriously considering bringing in Intro to Parenting? This story was received the best.

I still do not have one of the so-called ‘hot TAs’. And since this is my last semester, I never will. As far as I am concerned, they do not exist.

I want to try and keep you updated on my life more this semester; we’ll see how I follow through.

  1. Well clearly you have been taking all the wrong classes. I usually have either an ugly guy TA or a good-looking (of debatable hotness) girl TA. I’ll keep you posted if this semester turns up anything interesting!
