Call me Ishmael

To whoever posted the first three and some odd chapters of Moby Dick last night, thank you. That was the best spam/comment ever.

I finally have some time again, three papers and an exam last week. So I thought I would jump on it and write a little diddy here.

I hope the new storyline has you on the edge of your seats. If it does, please don’t fall off. I was getting bored with all the comics seeming to be about ‘studying’ as my roommate puts it. So I am mixing it up a bit. I just finished drawing some new character styles for this story. They make me giggle. But, I think if I mix my style with something that has gone to being professional, most people who see it would giggle.

I am considering a site redesign. I have had an idea for it in the back of my mind for a while, it is just a matter of creating it and making sure the new layout works. I hopefully will have it done within six months (don’t want to cut my time short). As for now, I will continue messing with the background color as I see fit.

Just a suggestion for all of you who are in college or are planning on going to college, never take three English courses all in a single semester alongside a couple of other reading intensive classes. Also, try and avoid switching majors after two years of college.

As you may have noticed, I have been trying to clean out the bikes from my room. I think at the beginning of the year, I had roughly six bikes in assorted pieces throughout my room. Now I have two on the bike rack and one in the process of being built behind my couch and a frame I am trying to sell sitting on my radiator. If you are looking for an old Peugeot that needs wheels and handle bars, let me know.

Currently, just have a few assorted parts lying on my floor. And four sets of handlebars. I like handlebars.

I think it is dinner time, enjoy the new storyline.

  1. Do you have any normal handlebars? ie: ones that don’t curl down so you can’t balance or reach the brakes? If so I wouldn’t mind trying to swap them from my bike…? Not that I ever ride it anymore, but who knows!
