Two Years In

Today, I’m finishing up the first two years at my job. What a wild two years it has been. When I started, there were just three of us working full-time out of my boss’s condo. Reliability

This year, my quarterly bonuses are tied to my goals at the company. Last year, they were tied to membership sales goals and it frustrated me. I was only there to support sales, and I didn’t do any selling so it felt like meeting those goals was out of my direct control.
