A conversation I had with myself today (in the form of the Internet), because it’s what we do:

Me: Your thoughts betray you, Internet. I feel the good in you, the conflict.
Internet: There is no conflict.
Me: You couldn’t bring yourself to kill me before and I don’t believe you’ll destroy me now.
Internet: You underestimate the power of the Internet. If you will not fight, then you will meet your destiny.
