When I picked up this book, I was expecting some of the hilarity of the popular Twitter account to come through into the pages. I was expecting a book full of one-liners that Justin Halpern’s dad uttered. Instead I was given stories to fill in the background of the shit that his dad says.
I wasn’t disappointed with the stories. They brought the people on the pages to life. I after reading I felt like I understood the kind of man who wore his thoughts on his sleeve. Justin Halpern did a great job telling about his life through stories with his father.
I would read again.
